Policy / Term / Conditions

If a person wishes to cancel their participation in a set of classes, Lake House Clay and Art Studio must be notified at least 14 days prior to the initial start date of the classes. Cancellation after this date will result in loss of deposit. Refunds & Cancellation: If a student misses an individual Term Class, we will do our best to work with you to try and find a solution, but we do not guarantee it will be replaced. If we can find a solution it must be before the start of the next term. Unfortunately, some missed classes may be forfeited, however, we will do what we can to allow you to ‘make up’ the class. The term has a set structure to make sure that you have completed pieces by the end of the course. Please note, that some clay pieces in a clay class will not be ready within the term and may need to be collected after the term is finished.
